Welcome to PuzzleBee. By downloading or using the PuzzleBee app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PuzzleBee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use PuzzleBee. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Content

You may submit puzzle information, photos, and other content ("User Content") through PuzzleBee. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the app and to grow the shared puzzle database.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide, and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate any laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate puzzle information
• Use the app to harass, spam, or harm other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the service
• Create accounts for automated or non-human purposes
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Intellectual Property

The PuzzleBee app, its branding, and original content are owned by PuzzleBee and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Puzzle names, box art, and brand names referenced in the app are trademarks of their respective owners. PuzzleBee is not affiliated with any puzzle manufacturer unless stated.

6. Puzzle Database

The shared puzzle database is built collaboratively. Puzzles submitted for review are evaluated by administrators before being published publicly. We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, or remove any submitted content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@puzzlebee.app.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

PuzzleBee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or that puzzle data will be accurate or complete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or email. Your continued use of PuzzleBee after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
